She has also had a little help from the surgeon, undergoing a tummy tuck operation shortly after the birth of her sextuplets in 2004. Plastic surgeon, Dr. Lawrence Glassman offered his services to her free of charge. While delighted at the time, Kate had no way of knowing that her 32-year-old husband, Jon would later hook up with Dr. Glassman's 22-year-old daughter, Hailey. That romance contributed to Jon and Kate's 2009 break up.
